Mercer Council’s Director of Operations to be Honored for Behind-the-Scenes Work Supporting Behavioral Health Prevention Services


ISELIN, NJ (April 14, 2026) – Mercer Council is pleased to announce that Director of Operations Catherine Arulmohan will receive the Outstanding Behind The Scenes Supporter Award for her work championing behavioral health prevention services in Mercer County. Arulmohan will be recognized at the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies (NJAMHAA) 75th Spring Conference, Evolving Behavioral Health: Advancing Together, on April 14 in Iselin, NJ.

Arulmohan has been serving her community through her work with Mercer Council since 2006, when she joined as a volunteer. In her current role as Director of Operations, she manages the organization’s finances, oversees human resources and office administration, and supervises outreach initiatives.

Under Arulmohan’s steadfast management, Mercer Council has provided residents with evidence-based prevention and early intervention programs, recovery resources, prevention education, and community support.
