Gail had a 38-year career as an educator in the East Windsor Regional School district where she was passionate about positively impacting the lives of young people. Since retirement in 2015, she’s written an award-winning book, become a speaker, and life coach. Her mission is to help all the people she can to create strong, positive relationships, starting with themselves, that lead to greater happiness.
In Gail's talk she will show you how to support young people and those in recovery to:
- Understand and become self-compassionate
- Learn to mindshift their focus from what’s wrong with themselves and others to what’s right (backed by research in positive psychology)
- Develop the affirming habit – by speaking words of praise to themselves and others
